Margie of Seaman Realty and Management Company presented an impressive downtown development update to the San Marco Kiwanis Club on Oct. 31st. The Kiwanis Club mission is to have a positive impact on the lives and educational growth possibilities for children and young adults. Local businesses and dedicated volunteers work together generously donating their time or money to help bring many youth programs and educational scholarships to our community.

Seaman Realty & Management Company helped sponsor the largest fund-raising event of the year for the Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida, An Evening in Wine Country. Held on June 10th at Adam Herbert Univeristy Center at UNF, Jim Robinson, Director of Commercial Real Estate for Seaman Realty, was among the mingling attendees. In addition to enjoying the premium international wines, hors d'oeuvres and delicious deserts, Jim grooved to the sounds of live jazz while bidding in a silent auction, scoring himself a Coca-Cola/SeaWorld Hotel Package Vacation, while supporting the benefit to help provide a safe & positive place for the youths of Northeast Florida.
